MEMS gyroscope sensor

MEMS gyroscope sensors use Coriolis forces acting on rotating objects. The adoption of a piezoelectric single crystal with high Q value and relative sensitivity, although small in size, achieves the highest input/output sensitivity ratio in the vibration type.
