Smart tightening system and SCARA

Our company keeps a close eye on the "automated assembly" stage and successively launched two "star products". Among them, as the first smart tightening system of Elt's own brand launched by our company, it has been widely acclaimed once it went on the market. The tightening system is mainly composed of the following two parts.

①Electric batch

Airtel's intelligent tightening system adopts the combination of Tamagawa permanent magnet synchronous motor and driver, and is equipped with a dedicated servo control algorithm. It has the advantages of large torque, fast response, high speed, small inertia, and smooth torque.

②Controller

The servo motor implements high-precision control, and our controller can display the speed and torque in real time. With data storage function, it can continuously store 600 days of tightening records and export them through a computer. Supports 12 mission modes, each mode is compatible with 8 mission parameters. Support RS232, RS485, EtherNet and other interface output, it is a real "smart" industrial tightening equipment.

The second "star product" is also designed and developed independently by our company, and won the "Golden Finger Award 2017 Most Growth Award" industrial robot-SCARA (horizontal four-joint manipulator). This series of SCARA is equipped with Tamagawa brand servo motors and encoders, which have the characteristics of high accuracy and low vibration, which can greatly reduce the time used in production and replace manual labor to do some precise, cumbersome and dangerous work. Therefore, our SCARA is widely used in precision assembly, assembly, handling, gluing, pressing and other use scenarios of precision components, and has won unanimous praise from the market.
